Your Child’s Personalised Emotional Wellbeing Audit.

You can see your child struggling. You want to support them. You’re doing your best. But sometimes… it feels like no matter what you say or do, it doesn’t land the way you hoped.

Introducing the Personalised Emotional Wellbeing Audit, where I analyse both your responses and your child’s and give you tailored insight into what’s really going on.

I’ll tell you exactly where your child is thriving, where they need support and how to help them feel happier, calmer and more confident.

Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ You complete a short 10-minute parent questionnaire
2️⃣ Your child answers 10 simple questions in an online form
3️⃣ I personally review your responses and record a personalised video analysis for you

Within 7 days, you’ll receive a clear breakdown of:
• where your child is thriving
• where they may need support
• and practical guidance on how to help them feel calmer, more confident, and more emotionally secure.

Inside this private video analysis just for you, you’ll:
Gain a clear picture of your child’s emotional landscape across the four areas that matter most:

    – Confidence and Self-Belief

    – Friendships and Social Dynamics

    – Worries and Anxiety

    – Emotional Regulation

    • Pin-point behaviours your child is displaying, that are signs of concern.
    • Determine whether your child needs additional emotional support.
    • Have a clear picture of exactly what will help them grow in confidence, calm and resilience.

I'm Kaz Parrott - a children's emotional wellbeing expert with 20 years in the classroom and 8 years working directly with sensitive, kind-hearted children and their families.

As a highly sensitive person, mum of sensitive kids, and qualified teacher, I understand both the challenges and the incredible potential of big-hearted children. I know what it feels like to grow up wondering why you feel things so deeply - and I know what a difference it makes when someone finally gets it and understands exactly how to help!

Now, through Connected Kids Academy, I help sensitive kids feel safe, understood, and capable. With the right tools and support, they quickly learn to manage big feelings, build resilience, and grow into calm, confident, connected kids who are proud of who they are.

If you’re a parent raising a sensitive child and you want to understand their feelings and support their emotional well-being, you’re in the right place.

At Raising Connected Kids we help parents raise their sensitive child to become happy, calm, confident kids.

    FAQs

    How long does this take?
The questionnaire is designed to be quick and simple. Most parents complete their part in around 10–15 minutes, and your child’s questions are short and age-appropriate. Once everything is submitted, you’ll receive your personalised video within a few days.

What will the audit actually uncover?
This goes deeper than surface-level behaviour. It helps identify what your child may be feeling but not expressing, where they might be feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and the patterns behind how they respond to different situations. It connects the dots so you can understand what’s really going on, not just what you’re seeing on the outside.

What will be included in the video?
Your personalised video walks you through what I’m seeing from your child’s responses, the key emotional patterns or challenges, where they’re currently thriving, and most importantly, how you can support them in a way that actually helps. You won’t just understand what’s happening -you’ll know what to do next.

How will this actually help me support my child?
Right now, you might feel like you’re guessing or second-guessing yourself. This gives you clarity. Instead of wondering if you’re saying the wrong thing or making it worse, you’ll understand how your child processes things, what they need from you emotionally, and how to respond in a way that builds trust, confidence, and resilience.

What if my child doesn’t want to do it?
That’s completely okay. The child portion is designed to feel light and non-intimidating, but if they’re not open to it, I can still gather valuable insight from your responses as a parent. You’ll still receive guidance and direction on how to support them.

Is this only for children who are really struggling?
Not at all. Many parents use this simply because they want to better understand their child and support them in the best way possible. Whether your child is struggling or you just feel like something isn’t quite clicking, this gives you clarity.

How is this different from therapy or an assessment?
This isn’t a long, clinical process. It’s a fast, accessible way to get expert insight into your child’s emotional world without waitlists, overwhelm, or high costs. Think of it as a clear starting point that helps you understand what’s going on and what to do next.

If you’ve been trying your best but still feel unsure, this is your chance to finally get clarity and feel confident in how you’re supporting your child.
